Tráiler de Ramayana muestra un deslumbrante espectáculo visual
El tráiler de Ramayana: Parte 1,ya está disponible en línea, ofreciendo un impresionante primer vistazo a esta épica superproducción
El tráiler oficial de Ramayana: Parte 1, de Namit Malhotra, ya está disponible en línea, ofreciendo un impresionante primer vistazo a esta épica superproducción protagonizada por Ranbir Kapoor, quien encarnará a un personaje trascendental.
Namit Malhotra ha lanzado el primer tráiler oficial de la esperadísima Ramayana: Parte 1, la primera de las dos partes de esta adaptación cinematográfica del poema épico que ha moldeado la cultura y la espiritualidad de la India durante milenios.
Quienes conozcan la historia reconocerán sin duda algunos de los momentos más grandiosos del tráiler.
Como el nacimiento del príncipe Rama, el ascenso al poder de Ravana, la entrega del arco celestial Sharanga de Vishnu a Parshuram, el Swayamvar de Sita, el exilio de Rama durante catorce años, el enfrentamiento de Lakshmana con Surpanakha, la Lakshmana rekha, el rapto de Sita por Ravana y la declaración de guerra de Rama.
No hay rastro de Hanuman, lo cual tiene sentido considerando que Rama y Lakshmana no lo conocen hasta después del secuestro de Sita, cuando la buscan en los bosques de Kishkindha.
La fecha de estreno de la secuela de Ramayana
Dado que la primera parte termina con el final en suspenso del secuestro de Sita y su traslado a Lanka, parece que tendremos que esperar un tiempo para ver al querido Bajrangabali.
Existe la posibilidad de que aparezca cerca del final de la película, preparando el terreno para su importante papel en la segunda parte, que se estrena el próximo año.
Ranbir Kapoor, una de las estrellas más grandes y versátiles de la India, interpretará el legendario papel del Señor Rama.
Ramayana – Parte 1 se estrena en cines el 6 de noviembre de 2026 (Diwali), y Ramayana – Parte 2 llegará el 29 de octubre de 2027 (Diwali).

A24 ha lanzado un tráiler completo y sangriento de Onslaught,en el que Adria Arjona se enfrenta a un trío de supersoldados
A24 ha lanzado un tráiler completo y sangriento de Onslaught, la película de Adam Wingard, en el que Adria Arjona se enfrenta a un trío de supersoldados muy difíciles de matar.
Este filme de acción, terror y ciencia ficción se estrenará en cines el viernes 4 de septiembre y está protagonizado por Arjona (Andor, Hitman, Man of Tomorrow) como una exfrancotiradora del ejército que vive en un parque de caravanas en el desierto con su hija pequeña.
Arjona debe luchar por sobrevivir cuando máquinas de matar imparables conocidas como Cockroach, Crybaby y The Butcher la atacan.
Dada la premisa y la participación de Dan Stevens en el reparto, se ha especulado mucho con que esta película podría ser una secuela encubierta de The Guest, también de Wingard.
Bueno, este nuevo tráiler incluye una breve escena de Stevens con maquillaje de anciano, luciendo un acento alemán muy, muy malvado.
La historia de Onslaught
Es seguro asumir que no retomará su papel de David Collins en The Guest, pero Wingard reveló recientemente que Onslaught es “una secuela espiritual. Dicho esto, se desarrolla en el mismo universo”.
La sinopsis oficial de la película dice: Cuando un escuadrón rebelde de supersoldados genéticamente modificados se desata en el desierto, una intrépida francotiradora del ejército debe desatar el infierno para proteger a su joven hija.
Aaron Ryder y Andrew Swett producen bajo su sello Ryder Picture Company junto con A24, y Alexander Black para Lyrical Media.
Wingard y su representante Jeremy Platt también producen, a través de su nueva productora Breakaway Civilization, junto con Barrett.
Onslaught también cuenta con Dan Stevens (The Guest, Cuckoo, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire), Michael Biehn (Aliens, The Terminator), Rebecca Hall (The Night House, Godzilla vs. Kong), Eric Wareheim (Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!), Reginald VelJohnson (Die Hard) y el campeón de la UFC Alex Pereira, quien, según se informa, interpreta a un imparable.

Un nuevo clip de Street Fighter revela algo importante: por fin podemos ver de cerca a Jason Momoa en el papel de “Blanka” (también conocido como “Jimmy”), un brasileño que mutó en una bestia de piel verde capaz de generar electricidad con su cuerpo.
El clip viene con la leyenda “La bestia se ha desatado”, una forma bastante acertada de describirlo. Jason Momoa ha estado imparable en los últimos años, consolidando su rol como actor de carácter.
Alcanzó su máximo esplendor interpretando al excéntrico villano Dante Reyes en Fast X, antes de lograr un éxito multimillonario al incursionar en el cine familiar con su papel cómico en A Minecraft Movie (cuya secuela, A Minecraft Movie Squared, se estrenará el próximo año).
A principios de este verano, Momoa regresó al Universo DC, no con un papel protagónico como en su exitosa película Aquaman, sino como Lobo, el cazarrecompensas alienígena malhablado y con el cuerpo pintado, en la película Supergirl de DC Studios.
Sin embargo, Supergirl fracasó en taquilla y Momoa recibió una sorprendente cantidad de críticas por lo que muchos consideraron una decisión de casting acertada por parte de los fans.
El extraño estilo de la cinta de Street Fighter
No se puede negar que luce completamente desquiciado como Blanka en este clip de Street Fighter.
Aún le corresponde a la película proporcionar el tono y el contexto necesarios para que el Blanka de Momoa resulte tan fascinante como siempre, en lugar de garantizarle una futura nominación a los Premios Razzie.
La historia de Street Fighter (2026) narra cómo los luchadores distanciados Ryu (Andrew Koji) y Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) regresan al circuito de lucha cuando Chun-Li (Callina Liang) los recluta para el próximo Torneo Mundial de Guerreros.
La película estará ambientada en 1993, con el clásico villano de los videojuegos de Street Fighter, M. Bison (David Dastmalchian), como el principal antagonista.
